Custom Machined Laser Hosts
I believe I've got enough experience with making these hosts that I can start selling them publicly. But let me start off by saying this, the face value of creating this thread is to sell this host, but in the long run I will update this thread for any further hosts I create.
Now it might be a week or two longer before I can produce anything else, for one I'm waiting on some tool bits to come in (grinded my threading bit too far, oops :o) and I've got a couple custom orders that I gotta get done.
But hey, I did say this would come some time in sept right? Can I at least get credit for that? :D
Custom Orders

I'm offering custom host/heatsink orders as a service, right now I'm jam packed with orders so I've come up with a queue. Whatever position you get you will essentially be waiting in a "line", though some larger orders can take up to 1-2weeks so expect that as maximum time for a single order. All hosts are made completely by hand through quality machining processes and tools. Some take as little as a couple days though so that can be a rough minimum.
The format of the queue list is the following:
1st: Member [current status]
Here's the Queue list, whoever is closer to the top gets further priority over the bottom. Under some conditions lower queue orders can be completed first. I will be updating this list every time it changes:
1st: dden4012[on hold for shipping]
2nd: Sta[in progress]
3rd: BobMc[in progress]
4th: Alaskan[planning a design]
Undecided: 94Z28
After 5 people in queue I will consider it as "full," and will temporarily stop accepting orders, this may last about a week. This will give me time to complete all orders and free up some space for new orders. :yh:

This following section is the hosts I have created for the sole purpose of selling, and is not part of any specific order. Any hosts below that aren't sold already will be shipped the next business day unless otherwise specified.

Takes 1*18650 or 2*18650s/16340s
Tailcap clicky switch, will do up to 5A
Heatsink: 36.4mm⌀
Material: Alu6063-T5 and 6061-T6511
Heatsink and tailcap have a polished finish, whereas the handle has a satin finish (less noticeable fingerprints)

Now there is a lead time for this host, I still need to install the contact board. Shouldn't be any more than a day of delay time.
