Practical dream?

I just had this dream last night. I was visiting this unique Aquarium. The entire museum itself was under water. I entered the main lobby which was not under water and they prepared everyone by injecting some chemical that helped your lungs absorb the highly enriched oxygen water that filled the actual lower sections. In the dream it felt harder to breath but everyone was okay due to the chemical and the highly oxygenated water.
Was great so I was wondering, is this a practical thing in real life?
