$20 true blue pen?

This laser claims to be a 5mw true blue laser:drool:. It is only $20, and this makes me think it is a blu-ray. However, blue rays generally go for much less, and use a different pen host. this makes me unsure. The seller looks legit, and even sell 980nm ir pens.
