Customer threatening me Again !

Hi Everyone ,

I know we got delays lately , but such behavior is not tolerated.

I had this customer Matthew Romanczuk , he ordered a laser for $144 about 3 months back. And he did not get his pack. It was infact lost. And I had to re-ship a new one via EMS Express which I did and he got a proof of it - shipping label picture and code. This was last week.

I promised him , that if by Thursday he will not get the laser I will refund him + $100 ( I said that as I was sure it is going to as promised to me by the EMS company ). But , a few days back I got an update and updated him it is not going to arrive on that time. I did notified him !

Now I refunded him as he did not want to keep waiting. And it is okay. By he treats me that if I do not send him an extra $100 he will open a thread and make me bad press.

This is a threat. I do not owe him a $100. And blackmailing me for $100 that if he will not get he will do things ... is not tolerated anywhere over here.

Just another story I had to share.

I know we got delays and apologize for that but that is not an excuse for such things. And taking advantage of a seller in such situation is not a nice thing to do.
