So I have a dilemma that I cannot find an answer for on the internet so I figured I would ask people more in the know than me about lasers.
I am a miniatures wargamer and one of the useful tools for us are pointers that create a straight line on the surface. I would like to invest in one but my dilemma is that I'm also red deficient in my color vision so I have extreme difficulty seeing the lines on the red ones everyone uses. I can find plenty of line lasers of other colors on the net the info I can't find is which ones won't have adverse effects on models/playspace. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a line pointer that adheres to the following. over a few second (up to 10) a pointer that won't discolor the paints on the models (acrylic usually), won't discolor/burn the table mats (mousepad/cardgame playmat material), won't burn/melt plastics, and isn't red or is at least a bright red that someone with a moderate red deficiency can see easily.
Thank you in advance.
