To Finish the Laser setup:
#1 - Install a driver for the NUB05 Diode (2.5-4A)
#2 - Install a Tailcap Switch 22mm Diameter
#3 - Finish Cylindrical lens setup (the 3 Lenses need to be aligned and "set/glued"on the shelf provided)

Takes 1x 18650 or 2x 16340 cells (needs a tailcap switch to finish)
Laser Head section:
Measures: 6.5 cm x 2.5 cm
Inside is a new NUB05 455nm 3.5W Diode with Gball lens (Tested working on Benchtop P/S). Its mounted in a custom 21mm Aluminium heatsink also using thermal paste, and the custom heatsink also has a driver shelf measuring 20x20mm, to heatsink a driver.
It has 22AWG silicone wire already pre-soldered ready for the connection to both sides of a Driver (V in&out)
Cylindrical Lens section:
Measures: 6 cm x 2.5 cm
445-465nm Cylindrical lens set (3 pieces)
Custom Lens platform to "set/glue" the lenses on.
made to be as easy as possible to finish, removable shelf... etc
The Laser measures 15.5 cm, and all together 21.5 cm with the cylindrical lens section
With a driver, steady hand, alittle time and a tailcap switch, you will have a cylindrical corrected ~3.5W+ 455nm Laser :D
