I have these components for sale.

Items are located in Norway. Shipping costs range is probably between $2 and $9 depending on location and item weight/size.

FULL LASERS:
- A "dilda v2" red laser, that takes 2x CR2 3V batteries. Looks like this.. Measured 220mW last I checked but I haven't turned it on in years. Has a little bit of chipped off anodizing. ($5)

DIODES:

NB: These diodes are used and some of them abused. Unless specified, they are mounted in copper 12mm modules, and come with a simple plastic lens to protect against dust (most of them need a glass lens which you must find yourself). The modules may be scratched and covered with thermal paste residue, but I've tested each to verify whether they work.

- NDB7875 445nm 9mm. Tested to work, outputs over 2W at 1.5A. Can go up to 3W as you probably know. (Have 2, $40 each)

- A 9mm green diode, I think it's the NUGM01 520nm. Comes complete with an X-drive and outputs 800mW. ($120)

- A 5.6mm green diode, I think it's the PLP520-B1 520nm. Tested to be able to output at least 60mW, probably the reason I didn't get higher was that I used a shitty linear driver with three cells, rather than a boost driver, when testing. ($40)

- A 445nm blue diode that is partially LED'ed. Outputs 400mW at 1.5A. ($10)

- A green 520nm diode that is partially LED'ed. Comes with a boost driver with which it outputs 14mW. ($15)

- 445nm Blue 9mm diode, fully LED'ed. Only outputs a milliwatt or so. Maybe you can use it for soldering practice, or remove it and reuse the module. ($2)

HOSTS AND HEATSINKS:

- A supposedly waterproof host for 12mm modules with spring contact drivers, like DPSS modules. This one. Never used. ($7)

- A "dilda v2" host for 5.6mm diodes and a sprint contact driver, like this.. Takes 2x CR2 batteries. Has a tiny section where the black anodization is chipped off on the battery tube near the tailcap. ($5)

- A guidesman gray flashlight with side clicky and heatsink for a normal 12mm module. Here's a thread by Jufran88 with pictures and info of the build process. Used and somewhat worn, the gray anodization has faded a little bit on corners etc.
($10)

- Aluminium heatsink for the C6 flashlight and 12mm modules, made by Eudaimonium ($5)

- Another aluminium heatsink that I don't know what flashlight it is for. It's only slightly thicker than the one for the C6, and about the same length. ($3)

- Various parts for C6, C2 and WF-501b flashlights including battery tubes, heads, tailcaps, pills etc. If you happen to need something you can get it for like $1 per piece.

DRIVERS:

- rckstr linear driver, with potentiometer. Oldies might remember this one. Not sure how strong it is, I think it goes up to 500mA or so. ($3)

- An old Flexdrive I think. Condition unknown but looks fine. ($2)

- Mohgasm round driver at 1.56A. Condition unknown but looks fine except some thermal paste residue on the regulator. ($1)

- A ~14mm round 1050ma driver. Can be used for red or IR diodes only due to very low max output voltage. Use one 3.6V battery cell. Condition unknown but looks fine ($1)

OTHER:

- Various electronic components used for building linear drivers, including a bunch of 3A 1085 regulators, SMD resistors and SMD capacitors. Fit for mohgasm round drivers. I have the PCB files but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post them, ask Mohrenberg or Benmwv. I can sell enough parts for a driver for $2 per set, except the PCB. The PCBs are less than $1 a piece so if you have a steady soldering hand you can make some cheap drivers.

- A bunch of plastic aixiz lenses. If you need some for any reason you can have 10 for $1.

- A bunch of black/red strips of the wire DTR uses for his modules. There's probably like 20 pairs, each around 10 cm long, you can have them all for like $1 I guess.
