Here's my 1.2 watt 405nm single mode laser custom built by Alien Laser with a 1a driver :) I just learned too that he blew three of these diodes before this laser was made successfully so I highly appreciate him letting it go for me! This sucker has showed me the amazement of a high power single mode diode! The beam and dot are just so crisp and it doesn't even loose burning power til after 100 feet. He even took a picture for me showing that it burned significantly further than a 7 watt 445nm multimode diode laser :) quality is great, 90 second duty cycle, battery life rocks even with an ultra crap cell, runs on one 18650 cell with an X-driver, and as always is beyond a pleasure dealing with a member on here!
