Today I am so excited to share the project I just finished. It is a 405nm module with aixiz style module. I am using the LD of 16x BDR209 and running it with my custom driver @600mA. The result is pretty good and the beam is much brighter than my previous 12x build. I didn't meter it but the estimated output power should be something near 900mW. Anyway Here are some pics :)

I am so sorry for not taking a good pic of the beam it is much more visible in real life. And I don't have extra hand to hold everything stably :crackup: Can someone please tell me how to take a photo with more visible and clear beam?
Overall I am pretty satisfy with its performance to the cost as The whole setup didn't cost me more than $30 with custom buck driver. Sled are from local electronic vendor. I ordered 5 for better price and will do more experiment with the extra sled (maybe putting everything in a flashlight host)
