LPM for IR and 100 - 500mW

HI everyone,
I seriously have read tons but the more I read the more confused I get, mostly due to old threads and or no stock available

I am looking for a LPM that is 100% or at least 99% accurate.
Specifically just needed at this time for IR and 100 to 500mW.

I don't need a super fancy one just basic with a digital readout.

Any/All input is appreciated ... please :) I would be very happy to buy one from one of you just need to know who/what and where
