What do you folk think of this idea:
Is it possible to use some of the fibers out of one of these FAP assemblies designed for 800nm to combine the outputs of several 520nm laser diodes? I know the fibers are spaced too close together for 9mm diodes, but maybe if just using a fiber every few fibers apart to allow them to fit together horizontally?
I'm wondering if three or more 1 watt 520 nm laser diodes might be combined together that way?
