Proper 16340 Batteries for my 445nm 4W Laser

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to this forum and wanted to ask a few questions about my brand new 4W 445nm laser (well I'll own it very soon). On the laser's listing, it says the running voltage is 7V so I will have to use either 2X 16340 or 2X 18650 to achieve that 7V. I'm sure there are other batteries out there that I can use 2X of to achieve that voltage, but those are the main ones. I'm already very well informed and knowledgeable about 18650 batteries since I used to be a vaping enthusiast and I have the top of the line 18650 batteries (Sony VCT 5s), but I'd much rather use 16340 batteries in this laser since it is already pretty long (28cm/11in) and will be 35cm if I choose to use 2X 18650s. ANYWAY, Im not well informed on 16340 batteries so I was hoping you guys could answer these questions real quick:

1) How many Amps will this laser pull from the battery? It is a true 4W laser from a very reputable company (I have watched several of their videos testing their lasers.)

2) If I don't have to worry about the Amps (meaning even the high-capacity ICR 16340s will deliver enough Amps) what are some good high-capacity 16340s? If I should be worried about Amps what are some good lower-capacity 16340s?
