Finally finished very happy with the build,
I got held up for over a month having lost a 16x after only 3 seconds at 570ma.
Using a few different parts from another mecanical mod and a metal clicky from one of my C70 mini flashlights that was a perfect fit.
A aluminium heatsink pressed with a vice not all the way in so another piece could be pressed over the rest of the sink for a top cover,
The sigelli is a telescopic mod so 18350 or 18650 can be used all is left is to shorten the spring on the tail cap So it can close all the way, will post a few more pics later,
oh and not sure how I'm going to close the LCD screen hole it doesn't bother me too much but I can always use some bog and shape it we will see.
The clicky is the original from the sigelli wich is larger than most and has a very nice click to it.
The original clicky cap was plastic the metal one I replaced it with is fantastic fits
Perfect.
I've got a good feeling about this one with the new boost driver and lower current setting, wish me luck.
I haven't tested the power yet I just don't want to keep it on for a constant 30 seconds just yet, will give it a couple of days loosing 3 16x in a few months is stressful enough.
Thanks again to Jordan and thanks for looking.
